Non-Contact
radar level sensors
Many trade waste treatment systems utilise Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) to store caustic and acid dosing chemicals used to neutralise wastewater before discharge. Maintaining adequate chemical levels is essential to ensure the treatment process remains within specification and avoids costly interruptions or non-compliant discharge events.
Our non-contact radar level sensors provide continuous monitoring of chemical levels inside IBCs, allowing operators to remotely view inventory levels and receive low-level alarms before chemicals are depleted.
Unlike traditional contact level measurement technologies, our radar sensors measure through the plastic wall of the IBC without coming into contact with the chemical. The sensor is mounted externally above the container and does not need to be moved or recalibrated when an IBC is replaced.wired radar level monitoring
For sites with existing telemetry, PLC, SCADA or control systems, our wired radar solution integrates directly into your infrastructure. Level data can be transmitted to your preferred monitoring platform where operators can view chemical inventories, generate alarms and trend usage over time.
Ideal for:
• Existing PLC or SCADA systems
• Permanent installations
• Sites with available power and communications infrastructure
• Integration into plant-wide monitoring systems
